Tyvek wristbands (commonly known as paper wristbands or one time use wristbands), are made from a unique material that is waterproof, tear proof and the security adhesive strip means they are tamperproof and cannot be transferred from one user to another. Tyvek wristbands are ideal for all types of events up to 3 days. If you want your wristbands to be sequentially numbered then please advise at the time of ordering. While slightly more expensive having your wristbands customised with your own choice of text and logos can add that little extra touch to your event and will certain ensure that the bands you are using are unique to you. If you have ordered CUSTOM PRINTED wristbands NOT PLAIN wristbands please message details of what you want printed to us through the eBay message system where you can also upload logos and or images Custom Printed Tyvek Wristbands If you are thinking that you would like to add your own text and logos to your wristbands then you will find all the information to create the perfect wristbands right here. We print and dispatch your order the same day so as long as receive your artwork by 4pm there is no time difference between ordering plain or custom printed wristbands. If you want to send us logos you can message them via the eBay message system where you can attach any logos, artwork or wording. Choose the Wristbands Width We offer two types – 1″ (25mm) and 3/4″ (19mm). The 1″ wristbands have a much greater print area and are ideal if you want multiple lines of text and logos. The 3/4″ are generally preferred by those that are wearing them as they are more discreet and comfortable. We do recommend that you limit yourself to one line of print on these and logos should not have small detail. You can see the difference from the printed examples as some have been done on 1″ and others on the 3/4″ wristbands. Selecting a Font for your Custom Text We have included a selection of the most popular fonts that customers choose for their wristbands to the right side. If there is a particular font you would like that is not shown please send us a message with the details. Please ensure that any fonts that are not shown above are freely available to download. Print Area and File Types for Sending Logos There is a 3.5mm top and bottom no print area. Therefore on a 1″ (25mm) wristbands we print to approximately 18mm. On a 3/4″ (19mm) wristbands we print to approximately 12mm. There are no restrictions on how far along the wristband you print. The ‘prime’ area will be dependent upon who is wearing the wristbands, eg. a child has very small wrists whereas as boxer would more than likely have very large wrists. You also need to consider whether what you are printing is important before or during the event. So if you were using them to display contact details for a small child you would only print a small way along the wristband, it would also be useful to print on two lines using a 1″ wristbands (e.g. details on the first line and contact number on second line to ensure it is not covered up). If you were running an event for next week, you might want to take advantage of printing on the whole length of the wristband so that you can provide as much information as possible. Why do we Print from the Left Hand side and not Central? We regularly get asked to centre the artwork on the wristbands until the customer realises the implications. We start at the left otherwise your artwork would be partially or fully covered when the wristband is worn. If you really want your artwork centred on the wristbands we can do this. Logos – Send us your own or pick one from the right. You can send us your own logo or simply choose one from the right. If selecting one of logos shown please indicate which row and how many across (e.g. for the football 3rd down second accross – football). All artwork should be sent with a white background. Logos – Can I print in colour on my wristbands? Only white wristbands will show true colour print. We can print in colour, however please note the background wristband colour will effect the printing. If you choose dark blue, red, purple and dark green wristbands you limited to black and grayscale print for it to be effective. Lighter colours such as neon yellow, neon green, sky blue and silver have very few limitations and will show colour print up well. All white bits in artwork will show the background wristband colour. Can I see a proof of my wristband before they are printed? The price does not include us sending you a proof and consulting with you over the final product. We do thousands of orders for printed wristbands each week and we will take your order comments into account to produce you the best product. If we don’t follow your instruction and you are not satisfied with the printed wristbands you receive, you can return them to us to have them reprinted (this very rarely happens and as you can see from our feedback). If a proof is essential there is a £3.50 charge for us to print a single wristband and either email a scanned copy to you or post it out. Message us for details. We also offer a free wristband designer on our website which all customers are free to use, again please contact us for details. How long does it take to for us to dispatch printed wristbands Nearly all orders (included custom printed wristbands) are dispatched the same working day. Branding We offer some of our wristbands at a discount as they have our own branding on the rear of the wristband (you cannot see this when the wristband is being worn).
