PRESS THE CROWN AGAIN AND THE TIMER WILL PAUSE. PUSH THE CROWN ONCE AGAIN TO RE-START THE TIMER. WHILE IN THE PAUSE MODE, PRESS THE PUSHER ON THE LEFT TO RE-SET OR ZERO THE TIMER.
