This is a fossil display stand ideally for an oblong shaped dinosaur egg. It could display elongatoolithidae, prismatoolithidae, or endroolithidae shaped eggs. The minimum length egg it could hold is 3.625″ in length. Or it could be used to display something else. Pictured for example is a replica sperm whale tooth(not included). There is a removable name plate that is attached with four small screws. The name plate reads: Oviraptor Dinosaur Egg – Late Cretaceous 65 myo – Naxiong Formation – Guangdong Province, China. The name plate measures .75″ x 2.75″. The display measures 10.5″ x 4.25″ x 3.625″ tall and weighs 7 oz. It is made of wood painted black and various metals. It is in excellent condition.
