Missing some strings. Surface scratches. The top and side are separating on one corner, as shown in photos. Not a real structual problem, but we noticed it. The back panel has a crack near one of the feet. Again, not a structural issue. We are a guitar shop. Have never had a Autoharp in stock. So we are not very knowledgeable at all. We did strum it, and the note buttons work ok. No case or bag included. Just the autoharp Shipping Orders are shipped worldwide via FedEX and USPS with tracking information included.
