The contrast outsole sets off the upper to make a statement. **************************************************************** GENERAL POLICIES, PRACTICES, & ITEMS FOR SALE: Unless otherwise stated with “Authenticity Guarantee” (which uses Fed-Ex), I typically ship items using USPS Priority, which is also fast and has tracking, so you can view your items progress until it arrives at your doorstep or mailbox. I typically ship (and provide buyers with tracking) within 24 hrs of purchase, but no later than within 3 business days. I understand buyers want their item(s) ASAP & quickly, and feel that urgency from the moment eBay notifies me of a purchase. I do however have an 8-5/M-F to work around, so I apologize in advance for those uncommon times it takes me past the 24-hr mark to ship out. Two of my local post offices are open for a few hours on Saturday, so if you purchase on Friday, there’s still a good chance your package goes out the next day. The vast majority of my listing pictures are of the actual/specific item(s) you will receive once purchased, so pictures are always the best and most accurate description of item(s) listed. The one exception is if I have multiple sizes of the same item, and there is not even a slightly discernible difference in condition or appearance in the two – in other words, the pictures are a perfectly accurate representation. For example, I won’t show a perfect specimen of a size 8 for listing pictures, while the listing is actually for a size 9 with a minor flaw. No concerns there, whatsoever… It is my simple goal with each listing to ensure that viewers are able to accurately enough envision the item(s) for sale, that it’s almost like holding them in your hands. By purchasing an item from one of my listings, buyers agree to the following terms: All items are sold “as is” (as accurately pictured/described.) All sales are final and items are not eligible for returns, unless otherwise stated. I cannot be responsible for items that the post office (or fed-ex or UPS) has confirmed “delivered,” that are stolen from your doorstep or mailbox. Please make sure that the address you’ve registered with eBay is current, and safe to receive packages, as that is the only address I am permitted to ship to. To protect myself and potential victims from fraudulent purchases (with stolen credit/debit cards), if a buyer messages me and asks me to mail to an address different from the address they have registered/confirmed with eBay, I am unable to do so – this is eBay’s rule. I can either ship to the address currently registered with eBay, or I can cancel the transaction (with a full refund) and then hold the listing for you, while you update/change your address with eBay. Most of my items are “deadstock,” so while they were originally sold in retail stores, they are typically no longer available in those stores, as they had to be cleared out to make room for the newest incoming line of clothes/shoes. Most of the time, my items are discounted significantly from their original prices (or MSRP: manufacturer’s suggested retail price), unless scarcity & demand dictate otherwise. Typically, clothing has all original tags (as shown in listing pics.) “Extras” that occasionally come with shoes as originally sold (such as keychains, carry-bags, extra-laces, etc) are included when they are pictured in listing pics. If they are not in listing pics, please ask before assuming they are included. Most of my shoes are listed as “New without box,” as that is how I purchase them, myself. After purchase, they are protected nicely from the elements, in enclosed plastic bins. I make great effort to ensure that my listing pics cover a wide variety of angles and views, so that potential buyers can ideally zoom-in and explore every aspect of the specific item for sale. I will never hide flaws or imperfections in listing pics. If there is a section not pictured, it is because I am only allowed a maximum of 12 pics per listing or felt that the angle/view wasn’t beneficial or necessary. As one simple example… if the inside of the left and right shoes are 100% identical, I might picture the inside of just one of them. SOME items may have minor imperfections – most of them being the type that would require you being right up next to the item, just to see. Typically referred to as “shelf wear,” these minor imperfections usually stem from things like retail customers trying them on, or the items (a pair of shoes for example) bumping/rubbing up against one another during display/transport/storage. This could include minor creases in the leather or tiny dents/dings/scratches/ or possibly some dust/dirt on the fabric or bottom sole of the shoes/clothes, because they were dropped on the floor of the store. Items listed as “new” are unquestionably NEW. The above does NOT represent imperfections that would indicate the item being *worn*. Just being tried on indoors and touched/handled. Anything beyond that, the shoes will be listed as “pre-owned” or “new with defects,” depending on specifics. I do my best to make sure any & all of the above is clearly shown in listing pictures. If any listed item contains an imperfection beyond just the minor examples listed above, I will always make it very obvious, and focus at least one of my listing pics on it directly. It’ll be zoomed-in, and with adjusted lighting if necessary, to be absolutely certain it is easily seen by all potential buyers. If further clarity is needed, it will also be noted in the description section toward the top of this page. I’m only human, so although I haven’t received any related complaints yet, it doesn’t mean I couldn’t possibly make a mistake in the future, by accidentally overlooking something.
