Lux MCM Starburst Atomic Wall Clock from the 1950s!
– Great midcentury atomic sunburst design!
– This is an earlier Lux clock made in the 1950s (after WW2) in Waterbury CT, and before moving to Tennessee in 1961
– Model 5174
– Electric clock – has a 5’ long cord
– Metal frame is complete and intact
– Dial to set the time is nice and tight, keeps time and works great!
– A great addition to your MCM home!

Condition: Nice but Vintage
– Keeps time nicely
– Hands are nice and tight … at first glance they appear too close to the face, but they clear the face and work nicely
– A few marks (could just need cleaning?) and dings/small dents to the face
– Clock face trim separates a bit in spots
– Some tarnish to the metal areas
– I did not do a deep clean. It can be used as is, but could definitely use additional cleaning

– 20" diameter from point to point
– 7" diameter clock face
– Extends out about 2.5" from the surface
– Cord is 5' long
