K’NEX Original Builder’s Challenge Big Ball Factory COMPLETE SET 63045, fully disassembled. All pieces have been inspected, cleaned, sorted, counted (and re-counted) and bagged. Many listings for this product are from resellers who can’t guarantee that it is complete. You can be confident that our set is complete. Over 3000 total pieces & approximately 14 total pounds! Some pieces are used and may show minor signs of use but are in overall excellent condition. Many pieces in our current offering are brand new, unused. There may be some minor color variation on some parts but we have minimized any variation as much as possible. This includes both original manuals for the Big Ball Factory & the Bonus Models Ferris Wheel. Manuals can also be downloaded in color, high quality pdf format directly from the K’NEX website. The box shows some wear and minor damage from use and storage but is clean and complete. Manuals show some wear from use but are clean and complete. Photos show typical examples of the manuals. The final 4 photos show the actual box that you will receive (we update this listing after each sale with the current offering). The box shows some wear and a small tear on one of the bottom corners (shown in photos). Includes the DC, plug-in electric motor from the original motor pack with white gear and power cord. If you would rather have the battery powered motor please let us know and we can include that one instead. The motor is not usually included with this set but we have included it with this listing. This is the premium listing for this product. You are not likely to find a better option for this set. We have put in the work to ensure that it is high quality, clean and complete. We have ensured that all required pieces are included, with extras for nearly every part. Includes 4 half red/half yellow balls (these can be separated to make two solid red and two solid yellow balls if you prefer). This set is the original 1995 Big Ball Factory, model 63045 (with the 1999 box). When the design was refreshed years later they added blue and silver spacers to many of the areas to make it a bit more robust. We have included these spacers as well, although they are not necessary to build the functional model. The newer version of the instructions available from the K’NEX website can be used to see their locations throughout the model, as well as the installation method for the battery-powered motor (instructions for set 52443). This is a large, heavy item. Shipping is expensive but is accurate, calculated based on buyer location with eBay discounts applied. Buy from us with confidence! I am a lifelong avid K’NEX builder.
