All products are put in one box whenever possible, and the shipping charges are based on the total weight and distance shipped. Bulk Product: Many of our products are sold in bulk, which means we purchase in large quantities (10-30LBS) and then break them down into smaller sizes and package them in food-grade bags. Our facility is permitted as a food facility and inspected by the Placer County Environmental Health Department. All product is weighed on food-grade scales which are inspected annually by the County weights and measures department. Hot Hold: This means that the item you purchased is HIGHLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO MELTING and is being shipped during the warm summer months. We pack the products in heat-resistant packaging and include ice packs to reduce the risk of melting, but this does not guarantee the product will not melt. If you purchase a heat-sensitive item, you will receive an e-mail from us stating that your order contains an item that is susceptible to melting. As stated previously, we only ship heat-sensitive items Monday through Wednesday.
