Tempo Dust provides a long residual effect when applied to areas that are not disturbed. It can be applied deep into areas behind wall sockets or electrical panels where liquid insecticides are not allowed. Tempo Dust is easy to apply with even distribution, it does not emit a strong odor and will not stain surface areas. Tempo Dust is a great product to have when combating insects that hide in wood, fabrics, or flooring. To apply Tempo Dust, a handheld bulb duster or a power duster is needed to treat hard-to-reach areas.How to UseStep 1: For general applications made with handheld duster, begin by determining how much Tempo Dust you need by calculating the square footage of the treatment area. To do this, measure and multiply the area length times the width (length x width – square footage). The use rate for Tempo Dust is 0.5 to 1 lb per 1,000 sq. ft. If you needed to apply product to a 2,000 sq. ft. area, you would need 1 to 2 lb of product in a duster.Step 2: Remove the rubber top of the duster and then fill the duster half-way with Tempo Dust and place the rubber top back on the duster and flip it over so that the bulb is facing down and the straw is above it.Step 3: Remove the tip of the straw and gently squeeze the bulb of the duster. When applying dust make sure the applications are light and uniform. Ideally you shouldn’t see visible powder where applied. Apply dust in cracks and crevices, wall voids, and around plumbing.The areas where Tempo Dust is applied depends on where targeted insects are found.
