The A/C condenser is usually installed in the front of the automobile (in front of the radiator) and cooled by the fan (the condenser fan is shared with the radiator fan, and some models use a special condenser fan). 2. Disassembly and assembly steps of the car condenser: 1. Disassembly sequence of condenser (1) Discharge the refrigerant from the refrigeration system; (2) Remove the inlet and outlet pipes of the condenser respectively; (3) Remove the radiator; (4) Unscrew the fixing bolts with special tools and take out the condenser. 2. The installation sequence of the condenser (1) In order to make the condenser fully dissipate heat, the condenser should be cleaned before installation to ensure sufficient air flow through the condenser coil; (2) Install the condenser correctly so that the gap between the upper end and the hood is not less than 15cm. (3) When connecting the lines, ensure that the distance between the connecting wire and the engine body is greater than 50mm, and the circle between the connecting wire and the fuel pipe should be greater than 100mm; (4) In order to prevent the temperature sensing capillary on the evaporator from coming out, it should be clamped before installation, and the temperature sensing tube should not be twisted. Precautions when cleaning the condenser: 1. Always check whether the compressor belt is in good condition. If there is a “squeaking” noise when starting the air conditioner, it means that the belt slips seriously, and the belt and pulley should be replaced in time; if the belt is too loose, it will affect the refrigeration of the air conditioner. 2. Clean the condenser frequently. Some car owners tend to flush the condenser with a water pipe when using the air conditioner in summer. This method is good, which can prevent dust and mud and other things from depositing and affecting heat dissipation. 3. The filter screen of the air conditioner should be replaced every year.
