Insert the tyre tool and lift the tyre bead onto the mounting head to remove the bead. Disassembling the sensor: Remove the screw nut from the valve stem and remove the sensor unit from the rim. Mounting sensor and valve: Connect the sensor body and valve stem at a suitable angle (usually 30 degrees maximum) and tighten the screw. Remove the screw nut from the valve stem. Push the valve stem with the sensor on the inside of the rim through the valve hole of the rim. Tighten the nut to 4.0 Nm using the positioning pin. Mounting the tyre: Place the tyre on the rim and make sure that the valve points at an angle of 180 degrees to the separating head. Mount the tyre over the rim.
