These remanufactured injectors have been fully disassembled, ultrasonically cleaned internally and externally, control valves, nozzles, and internal seals replaced, along with all new o-rings and copper crush washers, ready for install. Each injector is tested to meet factory specifications including solenoid resistance test, nozzle response time, leak test, idle, mid-load, full load, and fuel return rate. These injectors are backed with a 1 year warranty. CORE POLICYA card must be placed on file before your order can ship.Core amount for each injector is $50 / $300 core charge for the full set. Cores must be received in good condition to receive full core credit. This means the injectors must be in rebuildable condition, without any signs of disassembly/tampering, damaged or broken solenoids or connectors, or missing parts. If there is damage present, partial credit will be received determined by the extent of the damage. The core is the unit that is being replaced with our remanufactured item.Please return injectors in protective packaging along with any plastic caps that were on the remanufactured injectors to avoid unnecessary damage upon return.Cores can be returned prior to purchase to avoid paying a core charge.
