We guarantee that the plant will arrive alive and healthy upon delivery. *It is important to know that based on season, some plants will arrive with yellowing leaves or with no leaf at all. *We sometimes wash off the growing media before shipping. *Expect that moisture in plant packaging may cause some mold, in which we do not cover under this guarantee. Unless/otherwise the mold is too severe in which may affect the plant. *Trees and vines may arrive dormant in cool seasons. To make sure your plant is still alive, do a skin scratch test by using your nail to scratch the thin first layer of your tree branch.
